Frankly this weblinks list is here not out of any expectation that it might be useful to someone else but for me to be able to save bookmarks to have accessible anywhere in the world. Not only is this a live, world accessible, bookmark list but it is one where I can rate tthe links that I add to the database. Later, I hope to expand the weblinks tools to be able to build my own personal worst-of-the-web list which exposes the nasty personal and institution pages for the web based trash that they are.
