Teaches:
draw, reload, smoothness and economy of motion.

Requires:
IPSC Target or Target Paper with 3 x 5 Index Card "A Zone"

Drill:
This drill is commonly used among IPSC shooters to get their draws and reloads as efficient and smooth as possible.

With an IPSC target at seven yards, draw and fire one shot into the A zone. Speed reload, and then fire one more shot.

Variations:
Vary the distance to learn the tradeoff between speed and accuracy. Close for hyperspeed, farther away for precision.
