Well this has probably been one of the most insane blizzard events I have ever been able to bear witness to. The snow started tuesday night into Wednesday morning and as of this writing it is right now 0906 Thursday morning and the snow is still coming down. In the intervening period of time, two cards have gotten stuck right out front, a few have gotten stucks elsewhere in the neighborhood, and it has yet to stop snowing at any point in between.

The latest check outside would indicate that we have about two feet on the ground in most places (the drifting means that some places are really covered, some places barely have a half inch). Drifts around the house have been shown to measure about 5 to 6 feet, completely covering some of the cars that were stuck last night.
