Its been quite some time since I last posted some pictures of the house. At this point we are getting quite close to a finished product and most of the MAJOR items that we have brought up to the builder have been addressed. I am quite anxious for them to do the retaining wall in the back yard so that I can see that. They will be repainting the front of the house to match the neighborhood, as well. There will also be an outstanding post-close issue for us to figure out regarding the corner cabinet configuration in the kitchen.

On the list of standard to-dos still includes the coolant pipe for the A/C pre-wire, the sprinklers and landscaping for the front yard, the retaining wall for the back yard, the window treatments, the structural wiring for phone and cable, cleaning up the external electrical configuration, fixing the electric lights in the hallway, finishing the master bathroom, and mounting the electrical accessories related to the kitchen island.

House closing is expected the 12th of June.
